We built an AI security system that monitors your store around the clock, spots problems the moment they happen, and alerts you instantly - no guards, no cameras someone has to sit and watch.

The problem we set out to solve

Most small and mid-size retailers can't afford full-time security staff. They install cameras, but those cameras only matter after something bad has already happened. Nobody is watching live. By the time you review the footage, the shoplifter is gone.

ShieldWatch flips that. It watches your cameras live, 24 hours a day, and flags anything suspicious the second it sees it.

What it watches for

Shoplifting behavior - someone who grabs merchandise and moves quickly toward an exit without stopping at a register.

Loitering - a person who has been in the same area of your store for an unusually long time without making a purchase.

Repeat visitors - the same face appearing multiple times across different days, which is a known pattern in organized retail theft.

After-hours presence - any person detected in your store outside of business hours.

How the alerts work

When ShieldWatch detects suspicious behavior, it sends you an instant alert with a snapshot of what it saw. You can review it in seconds and decide whether to act. If it's your own face it recognized - an owner or manager - it stays quiet. It knows the difference.

We're working on multi-camera correlation - the ability to track a single person as they move through different parts of your store or across multiple locations. That's coming next.
